QAQC Manager – M&E (Norway)

A leading M&E contractor seeks a QAQC Manager (M&E) for a major data centre project in Norway. Our client operates across Ireland, Europe, and the UK in sectors like Pharmaceutical, Power, Waste to Energy, Commercial, and Data Centres.

Key Responsibilities/Duties:
- Prepare handover docs, test records, and O&M manuals.
- Coordinate commissioning of M&E systems with teams and stakeholders.
- Review and finalize inspection/test documentation.
- Deliver completed handover packages to the client.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards during installation and inspections.
- Conduct quality checks, manage defect closeouts.
- Oversee proper testing execution on-site.
- Collaborate with construction managers and clients on quality and installation issues.
- Attend quality meetings and contribute to weekly progress reports.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering (or Electrical/Mechanical Trade Qualification).
- 3+ years in a similar QAQC role.
- Strong knowledge of M&E installation and commissioning.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be in Ireland or EU and eligible to work in Europe.
