Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the delivery of multiple contracts related to renewable energy installations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.

Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and project execution.

Lead and motivate a team of project managers, engineers, and site personnel.

Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Identify and mitigate any potential risks associated with contracts and projects.

Provide strategic direction and oversight for contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the renewable energy sector or a related field.

Strong knowledge of project management principles and contract law.

Ability to lead teams and manage large-scale projects.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
