An award-winning architectural studio in Ireland have a new opportunity for a talented Project Architect (RIAI/RIBA) with 10 years+ experience to take the lead on a range of residential, educational, masterplanning and healthcare developments across Dublin.
Based in their South Dublin office, the remit of this position will be to work within the busy team and deliver projects from various stages of development through to completion. They have a significant project portfolio spanning healthcare, leisure, educational, commercial and residential developments, with current projects ranging from €25m-€300m.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior level Architect / Project Architect, who is keen to progress their career within a well-established architectural practice offering full autonomy and support.
Requirements:
- A Registered Architect holding professional membership to RIAI / RIBA
- Ideally 10 years’ post graduate experience working with full understanding of current industry guidelines
- Proven success taking projects from concept design through to completion
- Strong design flair and technical understanding
- Site experience
- Project experience should include medium to largescale developments across residential, educational, healthcare OR mixed-use
- Previous track record working closely with clients and contractors
- Thorough understanding and experience working within the current planning legislations
- Proficiency in Revit
- Excellent communication, organisational and presentation skills.
