Quantity Surveyor – Hybrid
A well-established and leading main contractor located in Dublin is seeking to hire a Quantity Surveyor to contribute to Residential and Commercial projects.
Role:
- The selected Quantity Surveyor will be tasked with developing detailed cost plans for complex projects using various methodologies and software, while overseeing data collection for thorough analysis.
- They will generate precise long-term cash flow forecasts, analyse results, and work to minimize cash outflows while maximizing inflows.
- Additionally, the role includes identifying unfavourable contract terms and negotiating with clients and employers to establish advantageous agreements.
Requirements:
- 3rd level Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- 2+ years’ industry experience, having worked on Construction projects.
- Main Contractor experience.
