Electrical Design Engineer – 12413
Excellent opportunity for an Electrical Design Engineer to join an expanding, multi-award-winning international engineering consultancy in their Dublin office. The successful Electrical Design Engineer must be proficient in CAD and Revit and will ideally have experience designing building services for pharmaceutical and healthcare projects. They must also be fully conversant with current Irish building regulations.

Duties:
- The successful Electrical Design Engineer will be proficient in the use of Revit, AutoCad and Dialux
- Containment sizing
- Emergency lighting design to current regulations
- Preparation of electrical designs and draughting of same (lighting/floor plans, etc.)
- Checking of electrical drawings
- Site work, dealing with clients/electrical contractors
- Estimating values of both completed works and where required approximate values of any additional works
Requirements:
- Third level degree or equivalent experience.
- In the process of gaining Chartership will be a distinct advantage.
- 3+ years’ postgraduate consultancy experience in Ireland
- Experience in CAD/Revit

- Commercial Awareness
Salary & Benefits:
- Basic salary circa €45,000 to €55,000 – depending on experience
