Quantity Surveyor
A reputable and leading main contractor based in Dublin, is looking to hire a Quantity Surveyor to work on Residential / Commercial projects.
Role:
- The appointed Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing comprehensive cost plans for intricate projects, utilizing a range of techniques and software, while supervising data collection for analysis.
- They will create detailed long-term cash flow forecasts, interpret outcomes, and focus on reducing cash outflows while optimizing inflows.
- The role also involves identifying disadvantageous contract terms and negotiating with clients and employers to secure favourable agreements.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- 1+ years’ industry experience, having worked on Construction projects.
- Main Contractor experience.
