An industry-leading architectural consultancy in Dublin city is seeking to recruit a Senior Architectural Technologist with good  AutoCAD and Revit skills to join the team.

They are currently working on a variety of projects, including medium to large-scale residential, retail, mixed-use and leisure developments, spanning planning, tender, and construction phases.

This position is ideal for a Senior Architectural Technologist with strong technical understanding, a thorough knowledge of current industry regulations, previous experience on site and good proficiency in both Revit & AutoCAD.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Architectural Technologist with 5 years+ experience       
• Proven track record managing medium to large-scale projects from design development to construction stages
• Experience with medium/high-density residential, retails or commercial projects is desired
• Excellent technical skills
• In-depth knowledge of current building regulations
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is desirable
• Site experience is required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must hold eligibility to work in Ireland

Salary & Benefits:

• €55,000 – €65,000 per annum, depending on experience
