A well-established firm of Consulting Civil and Structural Engineers with offices in Cork and Dublin are hiring a CAD Technician. They specialise civil and structural design for Commercial, Hotel, Industrial and large-scale Housing and Developments.

Role
- The successful CAD Technician will produce engineering drawings and/or BIM models.
- As the CAD Technician you will attend on-site, client and project meetings.
- Communicate and liaise with colleagues, architects, consultants, local authorities, and clients.
- Carry out site inspections and prepare inspection reports.
- Compile all project compliance documentation.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ post graduate experience as a CAD Technician with a design consultancy working on commercial, housing / apartment developments or related projects.
- Detailing experience for buildings projects (Masonry, Structural Steel, Reinforced Concrete, Timber).
- The successful CAD Technician will have strong experience using AutoCAD; Autodesk and REVIT
