Project Manager (Buildings / Civils)
A progressive construction and project management consultancy, who provide a full range of surveying, project management across building project lifecycles are recruiting experienced Project Managers to join the team. Reporting to the Projects Director, they will work within a collaborative team environment on a range of industrial, educational, leisure, data centre, healthcare, and student accommodation projects of varying scales.
The Project Managers must hold a minimum of degree level qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering or Project Management, along with 3 years’ industry experience, preferably within a consultancy or developer environment. However Project Managers from a contractor background who are keen to make the move client side will also be considered.

Experience required:
- Degree level qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- A minimum of 3 year Project Management experience preferably within a consultancy or developer environment delivering medium and largescale building projects
- Strong technical knowledge of construction in Ireland or the UK
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ambitious and committed to deliver an excellent standard of work to all clients
- Strong report skills with a precise eye for detail
- Previous Project Management experience delivering projects across retail, residential, commercial, educational, data centres or healthcare
- Eligibility to work in Ireland is essential
