Architectural Technologist
A medium sized architectural design office on the southside of Dublin are expanding and are seeking to recruit a qualified Architectural Technologist to the team. They have a variety of projects across commercial, hospitality, leisure and residential in Ireland and internationally.
The successful Architectural Technologist will join a collaborative team and take responsibility for producing planning applications, DAC, tender and construction drawings for several commercial and residential projects initially.
This is an ideal role for an Architectural Technologist with a minimum of 2 years industry experience to join an award-winning design office who will have the opportunity to work closely with the design team, clients and take projects through to completion.
*Ideal for Architectural Technologists living in South Dublin, but also serviced by various modes of public transport*
Job Requirements:
- Qualification in Architectural Technology is essential
- A minimum of 2 years’ architectural experience
- Strong technical skills and be competent producing planning applications, DAC, tender / construction drawings and specifications
- Good working knowledge of current planning and building regulations
- Proficiency in both Revit and AutoCAD is desired
- Possess strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
- Team player
- Previous experience working on residential and leisure projects is beneficial
- MUST hold full eligibility to work in Ireland
Salary:
- €35k-€45k doe along with generous benefits
