An award-winning architectural firm in Dublin city centre is seeking a qualified Architectural Technologist OR Senior Architectural Technologist with at least 4 years’ industry experience to join their team. With a rich history and a prestigious portfolio, this practice is involved in high-profile commercial, leisure, retail, healthcare, mixed-use, and residential developments across Dublin and its surroundings.
Due to the firm’s growing project workload, they are seeking to recruit a motivated Architectural Technologist with excellent Revit skills and technical expertise, including knowledge of current industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design and technical development of medium and large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects
- Produce technical documentation for planning, tender and construction stages
Requirements:
- Qualified in Architectural Technology
- Minimum of 4 years+ industry experience – although more experienced Senior Architectural Technologist will be considered
- Strong Revit proficiency (essential)
- Experience working on medium and large-scale commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects (desirable)
- Strong technical understanding of building processes and regulations
- Ambitious and self starter
- Knowledge of current BCAR
- Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills
- Eligibility to work in Ireland
