Architectural Technologist / Senior Architectural Technologist

A long established multidisciplinary consultancy, based in South Dublin have a new opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join the team.

This role is ideally suited for a Senior level Architectural Technologist with strong technical understanding and proven success managing projects from initial brief through to completion on site. Other duties including liaising with clients, completing technical documentation and working alongside engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review designs and all related documentation for a range of projects
• Take initial briefs
• Plan and manage project resources effectively alongside the team
• Ensure full compliance with BC(A)R and other industry regulations
• Liaise with client, engineers and ither stakeholders
• Deliver sustainable engineering solutions for both public and private sector clients
• Manage multiple projects independently, from concept through design, construction, and handover

Key Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree level qualification in Architectural Technology OR Architecture
• 8 years+ industry experience within an architecture or engineering consultancy
• Proven experience managing projects from initial concept through to construction and completion
• Project experience across industrial, manufacturing, commercial OR healthcare is beneficial
• Strong technical skills
• Proficiency in Revit & AutoCAD (although training can be provided)
• Commercial acumen, with an understanding of managing project budgets
