CSA Engineer – 9372
We are currently recruiting a CSA Engineer to work for one of Europe’s leading contractors on a Data Centre project in Sweden. You will be reporting directly into the sites CSA Project Manager.

Responsibilities:
- QAQC inspections of finished works meet standards required, managing quality of the works set against approved benchmarks.
- Coordinate with the QA managers to ensure the correct documentation is submitted in a timely manner by the contractors.
- Liaise with sub-contractors on tracking progress against schedule and carry out sub-contractor meetings.
- Manage site documentation.
- Attend Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning, Co-ordination and lookahead meetings, as well as Handover Meetings.
- Review drawings with design team and effectively solve any issues.
- Actively monitor and snag contractors works.
- Management of sub-contractor activities including tracking progress against schedule and manpower levels, ensure contractors are protecting finished works, prevent damage at all times, raise observations as required.
- Coordinate works ensuring all trades have adequate time, material and resources to complete their works on program.
- Manage health and safety, housekeeping material storage, permits etc.
- Ensure works is carried out in accordance with the approved MSRA/ RAMS.
Requirements:
- BEng in Civil or Structural Engineer or relevant qualification.
- 4 years+ experience in a similar role.
- Experience working on Data Centre projects would be beneficial.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
- IT Skills – Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
