A well-established construction company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a new medical project in Leitrim. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the delivery of the medical construction project from start to finish.
- Oversee the project schedule, budget, and resources to ensure timely completion.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, site personnel, and suppliers.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards on-site.
- Liaise with clients, design teams, and stakeholders, maintaining clear communication throughout.
- Conduct regular site inspections and project reporting to senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, ideally with experience in medical or healthcare projects.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams effectively.
- Thorough knowledge of construction processes and health & safety regulations.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or engineering.
