Our client an industry leader in civil engineering, is seeking a motivated and experienced Site Engineer to join their dynamic team for a new project in Co Meath. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering quality engineering solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring work is carried out according to plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Set out, level, and survey the site, ensuring accurate execution of designs.
- Liaise with the project management team, subcontractors, and site personnel to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Conduct quality checks and resolve any technical issues on-site.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation.
- Assist with resource management and project planning.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 2+ years of site engineering experience in civil engineering or construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and health & safety regulations.
- Proficient in the use of engineering tools and software (AutoCAD, Total Station, etc.).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
