General Foreman
A well-established leading Main Contractor in Dublin is seeking a General Foreman with over 3 years of experience in construction management to work on Residential Project.
Role:
- Foreman will collaborate closely with the onsite team, including subcontractors, engineers, and management, to coordinate and manage all onsite activities.
- Planning and supervising the setup of the site, ensuring that necessary facilities are in place before the project launch.
- Taking responsibility for the adherence to HSEQS protocols on sites at all times.
- Foreman will be responsible for upholding quality control procedures consistently and reporting findings to the Regional Director.
Requirements:
- 3rd level qualification completed in relation to the industry or Trades qualified.
- 3+ years’ experience in construction management.
Benefits:
- Salary €85k-€95k DOE
