Our Client is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a long-term position with one of Ireland’s leading housing developers. The successful candidate will oversee all on-site activities for a residential development in Laois, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations, including coordinating trades and subcontractors.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
- Monitor project progress and report regularly to senior management.
- Maintain project schedules and manage resources efficiently.
- Oversee quality control and ensure high standards of workmanship.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to resolve any issues.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential construction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Irish construction regulations and health & safety standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A construction-related qualification is advantageous.
