Contracts Manager – Leading Construction Developer
Our client, a leading construction developer known for delivering innovative housing projects, is seeking a highly experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple residential developments across the country. This role requires a dynamic leader who can manage contract negotiations, oversee project performance, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality, cutting-edge housing solutions. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on some of the most innovative and high-profile housing projects in the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all contracts for residential projects, ensuring timely delivery and budgetary control.
- Lead contract negotiations with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to secure the best terms.
- Monitor project performance, quality, and compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Coordinate with project managers and site teams to resolve any issues and ensure smooth execution of contracts.
- Ensure all contractual obligations are met, mitigating risks and handling variations where necessary.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on project and contract status.
Requirements:
- Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Extensive experience managing contracts for large-scale residential projects.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Proficient in contract management software and tools.
Benefits Package:
- Salary circa 110,000 – 120,000
