Senior Building Services Engineer required to join one of Ireland’s largest Tier 1 contractors for a Hospital Project in Limerick. The successful candidate will be reporting directly into the MEP Sector Lead for the region.

Responsibilities:
- Promote the use of Building Services Department Management Systems and Procedures, offering technical support and guidance for project delivery.
- Support the Building Services Value Proposition, ensuring alignment with the Business Unit’s vision, values, and objectives.
- Assist in executing the Building Services Strategy Plan to meet Business Unit goals.
- Oversee MEP technical and commercial aspects of project bids in line with the company’s Pre-Construction Manual.
- Provide guidance on tendering and awarding MEP packages per contract and procurement strategy.
- Ensure MEP teams assess temporary electrical requirements, including load and energy, following management system guidelines.
Requirements
- 5 Years+ experience in a similar role.
- A degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
- Experience working for a Main Contractor would be beneficial.
- Experience working on Hospital Projects is desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
