Health and Safety Manager
Health and Safety Manager with over 4 years of experience in managing health and safety on construction sites. This position is with a leading main contractor based in the Dublin area.
Role:
- Conduct safety inspections, create and update risk assessments, and ensure Safe Operating Procedures and Safety Statements are current.
- Deliver Safety Induction Training for new staff and maintain records of completion.
- Investigate, document, and report accidents, incidents, and near-misses, ensuring timely corrective actions.
- Identify and coordinate safety-related training needs, ensuring mandatory training is completed on schedule.
- Ensure proper use of PPE, review subcontractors’ safety compliance, and attend Health & Safety meetings regularly.
Requirements:
- Degree in Health & Safety
- Over 4 years of experience
- Willingness to travel across multiple sites in the Dublin area
- Experience with a main contractor is preferred.
Package:
- Salary circa €90k-€100k
- Company vehicle / travel allowance
