Project Manager required for a leading main contractor to work on a project in Dublin. The successful project manager will be joining a well-established team with a strong pipeline of work in the Dublin area. Project Manager applicants should have 7 + years experience working with a main contractor in Ireland or the UK and should have some fit-out experience.
Role:
- Determine staff resources for your project and communicate effectively with your team.
- Develop and update the construction programme with the Contracts Manager and ensure your project meets key milestones.
- Ensure project costs are managed and prelims / packages are tightly controlled.
- Implement Flynn s Safety System and establish an excellent safety culture on your project.
- Maintain positive relationships with the client team; keep them informed of claims & delays.
- Manage project quality over the lifecycle and ensure build quality meets expectations.
- Work with the commercial team to deliver agreed commercial objectives for your project.
Requirements:
- Degree Qualified preferred but not essential.
- Minimum 7 years main contractor experience in UK or Ireland
- Experience of coordination of shop drawings, interfacing with Design Teams / Clients, Reporting to a CM, scheduling / programming.
- Experience in commercial, residential, and fit out sectors
- Proficient in MS Office, CAD
Package:
- Circa €80k-€90k (DOE)
