MEP Technician required to join a leading Mechanical and Electrical Building Services Consultancy based in their Dublin 8 office. The successful technician will be working on a large pipeline of projects across the commercial, residential, and healthcare sector. This role would suit a technician that is looking to grow into a senior position in a busy company that has a great pipeline of work in the future.
Responsibilities:
- Production of MEP 3D models using Revit and other BIM software
- Working alongside MEP Engineers and completing mark ups
- Set up and maintain discipline MEP G.A drawings, plans and sections
- Implement industry BIM standards and workflows on projects
- Coordination of design work within house staff as well as other design professionals
- Contribute to project specific BIM Data Reviews
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in Revit MEP and AutoCAD
- Minimum relevant NFQ Level 6 qualification
- Autodesk Certified Qualification in Revit would be an advantage
- Experience in both Mechanical and Electrical Design
- Knowledge of Navisworks
- The successful candidate must be living in Ireland or eligible to work in Ireland
