Architectural Technologist (Senior level)
A leading international multidisciplinary organisation are recruiting a qualified Architectural Technologist with 10 years+ experience to join the architectural team Cork city.
The senior level Architectural Technologist should have full familiarity and experience working with current industry regulations and have proven success managing complex projects through to completion in a BIM environment.
This opportunity would suit a highly motivated and ambitious Architectural Technologist who can demonstrate good communication and organisation skills with previous experience delivering architectural projects alongside a multidisciplinary team to meet project schedules.
Minimum requirements and responsibilities:
- Qualified Architectural Technologist with 10 years experience
- Professional membership to CIAT or RIAI is desired
- High level of proficiency in Revit and experience working within a BIM environment
- Thorough understanding on Irish planning and building legislation
- Proven experience in the delivery of complex, highly technical projects working as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Experience in producing detail design packages and delivering projects through construction and handover in Ireland or the UK
- Contract administration experience desired
- Strong attention to detail
- Produce fully coordinated project information including BIM models, drawings, and specifications
- Excellent organisation, planning and time management skills
- Ability to collaborate with other disciplines to produce fully coordinated project information
- Project experience in technical industrial processes or technically complex buildings is highly desirable
- The ability to lead and coordinate architectural team
- MUST hold eligibility to work in Ireland
