A busy architectural studio based in South Dublin and easy accessible by bus/Luas are seeking to recruit a talented Graduate Architect with 2-3 years experience to join an established team and worked on residential developments across Dublin.
The successful Graduate Architect will join a small team with a great reputation and extensive project portfolio which includes commercial, residential, mixed-use, retail and conservation developments in Ireland and internationally.
Due to newly awarded projects, they have an opportunity for experienced Graduate Architect looking to complete the professional qualification with proficiency in Revit and good understanding and experience working with current industry regulations to join them.
Requirements:
- Qualified Graduate Architect working towards professional registration
- 3-5 years post qualification experience
- Good knowledge and understanding working with current Irish building regulations
- Proficiency in Revit is essential
- Good design skills
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding
- Previous project experience in Ireland should include a range of high quality residential or commercial developments
- Site experience is beneficial
- Excellent interpersonal skills and along with ability to work well within a busy team environment
- Must hold full eligibility to work in Ireland
Salary:
- €38k-€45k depending on experience
- Annual salary review
