Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise with at least 3 years’ experience in setting-out on building projects in Ireland or the UK
- Engineering degree qualification to showcase your technical prowess
- Strong command over setting-out techniques, ensuring precision in your work
Duties:
- Setting-out
- Execute meticulous setting-out tasks to perfection
- Skillfully manage subcontractors, ensuring seamless collaboration
- Provide astute on-site supervision for diverse trades and contractors
- Uphold and champion uncompromising health and safety standards
- Scrutinize plans and drawings meticulously, ensuring accurate calculations
- Ensure compliance with contract specifications, maintaining the highest standards in workmanship and materials
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with subcontractors, clients, and professional staff
