Senior Site Manager required for a leading main building contractor to work on a housing project in West Dublin 100+ units which is beginning next month. This project will have around a 2-year duration and our client expects to be building similar projects in this area in the coming years. This role would suit the Senior Site Manager who has delivered housing developments in Ireland or the UK previously. The successful Senior Site Manager will have full responsibility for running the site and will report to a company director.
Requirements:
- Degree Qualified or trade background
- Minimum 7 years main contractor experience in UK or Ireland – at least some of these working on housing projects
- Strong IT Skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Good references
Package:
- Circa €70k-€80k (DOE)
