Sales Completion Manager

Sales Completion Manager required for a leading Residential Developer who is based in South Dublin. The Sales Completion Manager will be responsible for managing the pre-contract queries, contract queries and process, completions, and handovers across all our client sites.   We are ideally looking for a candidate who has worked in a similar role in Ireland previously. Key Responsibilities


  • Responsible for collating the information for the contract between design team/finance and legal
  • Develop internal and external briefing on new developments
  • Manage all queries on new developments
  • Produce specification document for internal use
  • Co-ordinate update of website


Contract issue

  • Oversee the issue of contracts to purchasers and the return of contracts in a timely manager
  • Coordinate between solicitor and agents on weekly meetings the update on contracts and report on same



  • Monitor timeline and handover dates for houses
  • Co-ordinate with site in terms of progress and installation
  • Site meeting for handover schedule snag
  • Site meeting re BER, Air tightness, sound, ESB
  • Site meeting re – sign off engineer, M&E, architect
  • Coordinate BCMS
  • Maintain schedule for gathering certs for Insurance
  • Contact all trades for certs
  • Maintain and issue weekly reports for all of the above
  • Oversee snagging dates and appointments with the team and maintain reports for same
  • Liaise with customer



  • Excellent salary circa €60k – €70K
