Recruitment Consultant (In House):
**Dublin or Cork – Hybrid **
Overview:
- Salary circa €40-50k DOE

- 2-5 years’ experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or agency)

Role:
- Our client is an award-winning multidiscipline engineering consultancy with offices across the globe.
- They have a requirement for a Recruitment Consultant to join either their Dublin or Cork office with hybrid working.
- This role will suit an ambitious and confident individual, who is comfortable working in a busy and fast paced business.
- The successful Recruitment Consultant will manage the full recruitment process including candidate attraction and screening, work with hiring managers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year’s of experience working in recruitment.
- Ideally have experience working in professional services recruitment within the construction industry.
- Must have the ability to manage high volume recruitment with different disciplines
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Taleo experience would be an advantage
- The successful Recruitment Consultant will be committed to offering the highest professional standards
- Be Self-motivated, organised and be able to work with limited direct supervision
- Strong decision making skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Have excellent attention to detail.
