Recruitment Consultant (In House):

**Dublin or Cork – Hybrid **

Overview: 

  • Salary circa €40-50k DOE
  • Benefits (Bonus + pension + healthcare + extensive benefits package).
  • 2-5 years’ experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or agency)

Role:

  • Our client is an award-winning multidiscipline engineering consultancy with offices across the globe.
  • They have a requirement for a Recruitment Consultant to join either their Dublin or Cork office with hybrid working.
  • This role will suit an ambitious and confident individual, who is comfortable working in a busy and fast paced business.
  • The successful Recruitment Consultant will manage the full recruitment process including candidate attraction and screening, work with hiring managers.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 year’s of experience working in recruitment.
  • Ideally have experience working in professional services recruitment within the construction industry.
  • Must have the ability to manage high volume recruitment with different disciplines
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Taleo experience would be an advantage
  • The successful Recruitment Consultant will be committed to offering the highest professional standards
  • Be Self-motivated, organised and be able to work with limited direct supervision
  • Strong decision making skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Have excellent attention to detail.
