Processing Engineer with 8-10+ years experience needed to join a highly respected, award-winning international multi-disciplinary consultancy with offices in Dublin, Galway, Cork and Louth. This role will involve working on large scale projects and comes with excellent career progression opportunities. The successful Processing Engineer will report to the Project Manager as well as the other company Directors.
Duties:
- The successful candidate will work in a civil team on potable water treatment design and construction.
- As Processing Engineer you will assist in the design and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects for Irish Water and other clients.
- You will be involved in plant and process reviews, assessments, route-cause analysis and apply cutting edge evaluation techniques.
- The successful Processing Engineer with be responsible for feasibility, outline and detailed process design including mass, heat and energy balances, process flow diagrams, P&IDs and hydraulic design.
Requirements:
- Honours Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- The successful Processing Engineer should have 8-10 years post graduate experience within the water and/or wastewater engineering sector.
- The successful Processing Engineer will be experienced in communicating effectively and have the ability to prioritise and manage work load effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
