Office Administrator (Property)

Office Administrator required for a permanent position with an Irish owned, long-established developer based in South Dublin.  This role will suit an Office Administrator with at least 2 years’ experience ideally in from an estate agency background with at least some experience of property letting.   The successful administrator will work closely with our client’s customer aftercare department and with the senior management of the company including the CEO.

 

Requirements:

  • You must have a minimum of 2 years previous document control experience.
  • Estate Agency / Property Experience (Lettings)
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 

Salary:

  • Excellent salary circa €35k -€40k
  • Excellent Benefits package
