Graduate Site Manager wanted for Dublin-Based Fit-Out Contractor. A growing and dynamic fit-out contractor is ideally seeking a Construction Management Graduate with a passion for site management to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate with some site experience to take their first steps in the construction industry and grow their career with a supportive company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
- At least 1 year of relevant site experience (preferred)
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to progress into site management.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Site Manager and Senior Site Engineer in daily site operations
- Assisting with various site management tasks and project processes
- Overseeing quality control and document control
- Managing site records and deliveries
Compensation:
- A competitive salary in the range of €35k-€45k
