BIM Manager

BIM Manager is needed to join an award winning and progressive mechanical and electrical consultancy in Dublin.  The successful BIM Manager will be involved in a range of projects, some of which are detailed below. You will report to the company Directors.

Key Responsibilities/Duties

  • Liaise, collaborate and coordinate with project team and third-party designers
  • Coordinate with internal and external BIM team for project delivery
  • Attend coordination meetings with other members of the design team for BIM delivery
  • Manage master Revit MEP model for the project
  • Manage BIM deliverables, model files, and drawings
  • Produce updates of Navisworks model and issue clash detection & deliverables reports
  • Manage the BSI Certification processes and audits as well as BSI procedures for ISO 19650 & PAS 11192
  • Lead BIM team in updating Revit template files, Revit families & Navisworks Setup Files


Qualifications / Skills

  • Engineering or BIM Qualification desirable
  • The successful BIM Manager will have 10+ years’ experience – ideally a mix between consultancy and contractor
  • Highly proficient in Revit MEP, AutoCAD 2D and Navisworks Manage
  • Proficient in executing clash detection exercises in models
  • Experience in leading, coordinating and collaborating with third party designers


Salary & Benefits:

  • €65,000 to €75,000 – Depending on Experience
  • 23 annual leave days per annum plus 9 days for Statutory Holidays.
