BCAR Manager required for a top residential developer to be based in head office in Dublin with occasional site visits. Our client has a great reputation and is looking for someone experienced in BCAR to lead the team. The successful candidate will have worked in Site Admin for 4+ years and he able to look after various site and in the long run manage more junior staff.
Role:
- General Site Admin,
- BCAR Admin,
- Quality Control,
- H&S Paperwork Admin etc
- Document control for the site management team;
Requirements:
- At least 4 year’s previous experience working in a similar role on site
- Must be diligent and have a strong attention to detail.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- BCAR experience
- Preferably a Construction related degree but not essential
Package:
- €45k-55k
