Architectural Technologist
An award-winning architectural practice in Dublin is currently recruiting experienced Architectural Technologists with a minimum of 12 months industry experience to join the team. Located close to Dublin city centre and easily accessible from all modes of transport, they offer a design led, studio-based environment using the latest technologies on all projects. Proficiency in Revit is essential to be considered.
The successful Architectural Technologist will join a creative team who have a broad range of projects in the pipeline including student accommodation, commercial, residential, healthcare, and educational.
Also recent Architectural Technology graduates who have gained undergraduate experience, and are seeking to join a leading design studio to develop your skills within a supportive environment, this is ideal.
Minimum requirements:
- Educationally qualified in Architectural Technology (essential)
- Have a minimum of 1-3 years architectural experience within an architectural design consultancy or multidisciplinary office
- Possess a good knowledge, understanding and experience working with current building regulations and industry legislation
- Experience in Revit is essential, AutoCAD and Adobe suite beneficial
- Competently produce planning, tender and construction drawings
- Ability to work successfully within a fast-paced collaborative team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and ambitious
- Full eligibility to work in Ireland is essential
Salary:
- €35k-€45k depending on experience
- Annual salary review
- CPD
