Working Foreman
A well-established Small Main Contractor in Dublin is seeking a Working Foreman with over 3 years of experience in construction management to work on Residential Projects. The successful working foreman will run a one-off High-end housing Projects ranging in value from €500k – €5m in Dublin 4.
Role:
- Foreman will collaborate closely with the onsite team, including subcontractors, engineers, and management, to coordinate and manage all onsite activities.
- Planning and supervising the setup of the site, ensuring that necessary facilities are in place before the project launch.
- Taking responsibility for the adherence to HSEQS protocols on sites at all times.
- Foreman will be responsible for upholding quality control procedures consistently and reporting findings to the Regional Director.
Requirements:
- Trades qualified in Carpentry or Similar.
- 3+ years’ experience in construction management.
