Structural Package Manager (Belgium)
We are currently recruiting a Structural Package Manager to work for a leading Engineering contractor on a Hyperscale Data Centre project in Belgium. Our client has projects in Ireland, Europe and the UK and work across many sectors including Pharmaceutical, Power, Renewables, Commercial, Data Centres.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee Civil, Structural, Architectural, and M&E work packages, ensuring safety, QA, and compliance
- Manage project schedules, subcontractor progress, and information flow, providing weekly reports.
- Coordinate design, material approvals, and communication between clients, designers, and subcontractors.
- Conduct quality checks, resolve snags, and manage costs with the project QS.
- Lead project closeout, including Final Account, O&M Manuals, Safety File, and QA File.
Requirements
- Degree in civil/structural engineering, construction, or project management (or equivalent).
- Pursuing or willing to pursue chartership status; 5+ years of site management with a main contractor.
- Experience in Data Centre or high-tech sectors preferred.
- Strong communicator with excellent verbal, written, and cloud-based communication skills.
- Proficient in project/information management software and knowledgeable in civil, structural, envelope, and finishes details.
