Site Manager – Residential
We are hiring an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established housing developer on a new apartments project in Clondalkin. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in residential development, either in Ireland or the UK.
Role & Duties:
- Manage all project activities, ensuring compliance with planning, and H&S standards.
- Oversee the project from tender to completion and handover.
- Collaborate with QS and teams to monitor and manage budgets.
- Prepare project plans including scheduling, program management, and risk assessment.
- Communicate key information to site teams and stakeholders.
- Lead and manage the site team to deliver projects on time and to quality standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ Site Management experience with a contractor or developer.
- Experience with high-volume housing projects (40+ units preferred).
- Proven track record managing large-scale housing developments.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication in English.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Eligibility to work in Ireland required.

- €90k+ DOE
