A well-established civil engineering contractor is seeking an experienced Civils Site Manager to oversee a large residential project based in West Dublin. The successful candidate will manage the day-to-day site operations, ensuring that the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This role offers long-term, stable work with a reputable company involved in high-profile projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all on-site activities, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards.
- Lead and supervise site teams, including subcontractors and direct staff.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety protocols.
- Liaise with clients, engineers, and project managers to ensure effective communication and smooth project delivery.
- Conduct regular site meetings and progress reports.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Site Manager, preferably on civil or residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering practices, construction management, and health & safety regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors efficiently.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Full driver’s licence.
Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive salary in the range of €80,000 – €90,000.
