Site Manager (Apartments)
An experienced General Foreman is needed for a reputable developer working on a high-end apartment project in South County Dublin. The project has an estimated duration of around 2 years. This developer is well-established and highly regarded in both the residential and industrial sectors. We are particularly interested in hearing from Site Managers with a background in residential projects, whether in Ireland or the UK.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Site Management, preferably with a main contractor or developer
- Experience with apartment developments
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, high-quality housing projects (Ireland or UK)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Fluent English speaker and eligible to work in Ireland
- Groundworks and site development experience would be a plus
Role:
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with planning, health & safety, environmental standards, and to a high standard of quality
- Take full ownership of project delivery from tender to completion and handover
- Assist in managing the project budget alongside the wider team, including quantity surveyors
- Prepare project plans, schedules, and risk management strategies
- Oversee the flow of information to site teams, stakeholders, and partners
- Manage both direct and indirect site teams to ensure the project is delivered on time and to programme
Salary:
- Competitive basic salary in the range of €75k-€80k
