Site Manager
A Site Manager is required for a leading Irish construction contractor to work on a variety of residential and commercial projects in Dublin.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations, monitoring and tracking project progress.
- Ensure all work complies with building regulations and other legal requirements.
- Maintain quality standards across all aspects of the project.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and other site labour.
- Maintain close contact with members of the site team to ensure smooth operations.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, surveyors, and planners.
- Manage procurement of materials, tools, and equipment in a timely manner.
- Create daily progress reports and communicate significant updates to management.
Requirements:
- Third-level qualification or relevant trade background with practical experience.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects with strict adherence to timelines.
- Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- Thorough knowledge of building practices and construction processes.
- Experience managing multiple subcontractors and site teams.
- Strong understanding of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
