A leading main contractor is currently seeking an experienced Site Engineer for a major residential development in Meath. This is a long-term opportunity on a significant housing project that is just getting underway.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day site operations and engineering tasks.
- Set out works and ensure accuracy in line with project drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site management to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor site progress and provide technical input to resolve any issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Site Engineer role on residential or civil engineering projects in Ireland.
- Proficient in setting out and using relevant surveying instruments (Total Station, GPS, etc.).
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Full, clean driving licence.
