Site Administrator / Site Clerk – Construction

A leading Main Contractor is seeking a Site Administrator / Site Clerk to join their team in Sligo. 

Role & Responsibilities:
• Set up and coordinate a busy site office and manage all administration functions.
• Carry out data entry for BC(A)R, material ordering, submittals, and weekly registers for materials, plant, and resources.
• Manage site documentation, safety inductions, stationary/PPE orders, and waste skip control.
• Assist with Health & Safety tasks including collating subcontractor safety documentation and managing site access control.
• Update and maintain delivery tickets, testing information, snagging trackers, and drawing registers.
• Support day-to-day site management and liaise with subcontractors.
• Assist with site safety, quality control, and compliance with all procedures.

Requirements:
• Relevant qualification in Construction / Project Management (desirable).
• Experience as a Site Clerk, Site Administrator, Site Secretary, or Document Controller.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn.
