My client, a top Building Main Contractor who have extensive operations in a wide range of sectors in Ireland and the UK, are now hiring a Site Administrator as a result of securing new contracts, to join their team in Cork.
Duties:
- Assist with collating Handover information
- Collate BCAR information for the projects in conjunction with Project Manager and Finishing Manager
- Update internal Progress trackers
- Manage registers
- Collate and manage HSE records in conjunction with the Site Safety Officer
- Collate inputs and issue various weekly/fortnightly/monthly reports on existing CField templates for operational and commercial purposes
- Perform administrative tasks on sites as and when required
Requirements:
- Strong IT skills, proficient in MS Office
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to build strong working relationships with a wide range of people
- Efficient and organised
Salary:
- Salary circa €40k – €50k DOE
