Our client is a well-established and growing construction company known for delivering high-quality civil and structural projects across Ireland. With a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for excellence, they are now looking to expand our team with the addition of a Setting Out Engineer for a long-term project based in Kilkenny.
As a Setting Out Engineer, you will be responsible for the accurate setting out and execution of engineering duties on a busy site. You’ll work closely with the site management team, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure work is carried out to specification and within timelines.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar setting out role (ideally within civil or structural projects).
- Proficient in the use of surveying equipment (GPS, Total Station, AutoCAD, etc.).
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Full driving licence.
