Senior Quantity Surveyor
Senior Quantity Surveyor required for one of Ireland’s largest main contractors to work on a range of Data Centre, Logistics and Manufacturing Projects in West-Dublin with regular travel to projects in Europe. The successful candidate will be reporting directly into the Commercial Director.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the contractual and financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring delivery within budget, timeframe, and quality standards.
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.
- Conduct cost analysis, monitor expenditures, and produce financial reports.
- Manage tendering processes, including bid evaluation and procurement strategies.
- Administer contracts, variations, change control, and dispute resolution.
- Prepare and submit valuations, payment applications, and certificates.
- Ensure compliance with legal, quality, and project standards while maintaining records.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and collaborate with Project Directors/Site Managers.
- Mentor Junior Quantity Surveyors.
Requirements
- Degree Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or relevant qualification.
- 7 years’+ experience in a Quantity Surveying role.
- Professional accreditation (RICS or CIOB) is desired.
- Experience working with a Tier 1 Main or M&E Contractor is essential.
- IT Skills – Microsoft Office and COINS.
