Senior Project Mechanical Design Engineer

We’re seeking a Senior Project Mechanical Design Engineer with 10+ years’ experience to lead mechanical building services design in the data centre sector. You’ll oversee projects across EMEA, manage full lifecycles from concept to handover, build client relationships, and mentor junior engineers.

About You

• 10+ years in mechanical design

• Professional qualification

• Strong communicator, able to represent the team in client meetings

• Skilled in project leadership, multitasking, and delegation

• Excellent report writing and clear technical communication

• Strong knowledge of HVAC and building controls

• Plumbing/drainage design experience a plus

• Committed to mentoring and developing junior staff

• Hybrid role in Ireland with some Dublin office presence

Duties

• Manage team workload and productivity
