Senior Project Manager
A well-established leading Main Contractor in Dublin is seeking a Senior Project Manager with over 5 years of relevant experience in construction management. The Client works on a variety Projects across Dublin: Residential, Warehouse, School, Hotel Projects.
Role:
- Ensure projects are managed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and Building Regulations, while coordinating construction activities to align with schedules, budgets, and specifications.
- Arrange and chair site meetings involving the Design Team & Subcontractors to facilitate effective communication, document outcomes, and ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and Health & Safety regulations.
- Supervise site staff and subcontractors, maintaining oversight of construction quality, and collaborate with the Construction Team to provide timely and accurate information to all relevant parties.
- Possess knowledge and comprehension of RIAI Standard Forms of Contract and Building Control (Amendment) Regulations 2014.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in project management in various sectors.
- 3rd level degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
- Proficient in IT, with expertise in Microsoft Office/Excel and Microsoft Project.
Salary:
- Salary €110k-€120k – DOE
