Senior Electrical Quantity Surveyor required for a Hyperscale Data Centre project in Belgium. You will manage and oversee the financial and contractual aspects of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate tender with Project Manager/Director post-award
• Assist in preparing project CCS and cash flow forecasts
• Compile monthly reports according to company standards
• Conduct site measures with Construction and Planning teams
• Submit claims and notices per contract provisions
• Highlight concerns on contract costs, sales, and contributions
• Manage client invoicing, track payments, and process subcontractor payments
• Draft pre- and post-contract correspondence with PM/Director
• Collaborate with Finance on project reporting and financials
• Resolve disputes and monitor site procurement updates

Qualifications:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Construction Management or related field
• 5-10 years’ experience in construction Quantity Surveying
• Working toward chartership or professional certification (desirable)
• Strong knowledge of Mechanical Systems
• Data Centre experience is an advantage, but not essential
