Our client is seeking an experienced RC Frame Site Manager to join their team for a new residential project in South Dublin. As part of a leading civil engineering contractor, you will oversee the delivery of the project, ensuring it is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This is a long-term position offering continuous work in the area and an excellent benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations for RC frame projects.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, direct labour, and site personnel.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor progress, quality control, and site safety practices.
- Conduct regular site meetings and liaise with clients, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation and reports.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on RC frame projects.
- Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete structures and construction processes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of health and safety legislation.
- Relevant construction management qualifications (CIF, SMSTS, or equivalent).
