A reputable and leading Main Contractor in Drogheda is looking to strengthen its team of skilled professionals by hiring an experienced Quantity Surveyor.
Role:
- Provide training and support to industrial and commercial teams to enhance their performance.
- Oversee cost planning and compile data for large-scale projects.
- Create long-term cash flow forecasts and maximize financial efficiency.
- Negotiate contracts to secure advantageous terms and conditions.
Requirements:
- 3rd level qualification Quantity Surveying.
- 3+ years’ construction experience, having worked with an Irish / UK main contractor.
